You will be invited to an interview in which you will meet your direct supervisor, a colleague from HR, (a direct colleague) and the manager of your supervisor. In an open conversation, we will try to get a good impression of your background and personality. We will also talk about the what the new job involves and our expectations. An assessment is part of the procedure for some vacancies.
